I took a couple of weeks off in May 06 to do a spot of road biking. I wanted to see if it is really that hard (Yes, it is) and to do some sight seeing in France (jolly big country, you know). So I cycled mostly in the Vercors with with Phil from Gastrobiking (he is part mountain goat, part homing pigeon and a damn fine host) with a wee bit of Italy (watching the Giro) and then some Provencal sunshine. I'm afraid there follow some photos of men in lycra. You've been warned.
Yes, yes, I know it's a bit geeky taking photos of cars, buses and bikes, but this is bike porn. That is ~ £50k worth of Cervelo carbon, and that is the team CSC bus - the smartest of them all - and Ivan Basso is da main regazzo at the moment.
